The doorman walking his dachshund at the entrance is the first thing you see on arrival — it sets the tone immediately. Staff throughout the stay were genuinely warm with our border terrier, and the room was well set up with space for a dog bed without feeling cramped.
Fistral Beach on the doorstep makes this place exceptional for dogs. Morning walks on the beach, then the heated pool and spa for us while our Labrador rested. The dog menu in the lounge was a genuine surprise — our dog had a full meal and cocktail! Staff were brilliant throughout.
